Our strategy, values & impact

Anti-Racist Approach:

As a human rights organisation Praxis has a long history of challenging racism and discrimination and, following an organisational learning programme in 2020, we have challenged ourselves to systematically examine our obligations and behaviours to ensure that we have an anti-racist approach across all our work. As part of this we developed new values which are being embedded throughout the organisation.

Our Safeguarding Approach:

As a charity, we are aware of our legal duty to safeguard children and adults ‘at risk’. However, safeguarding means much more to Praxis. We strive to create a culture of openness and discussion where safeguarding runs like a thread through the heart of the organisation. Read more about our safeguarding values here.
