Celebrating Mental Health Week: Sharing Stories of Resilience through 'Recipes of Life'
This Mental Health Awareness Week we’re proud to shine a spotlight on the ‘Recipes of Life’ cookbook. Created in collaboration with the Tower Hamlets Community Psychology Team, this cookbook stands at the intersection of food, migration, and mental health, embodying the resilience and strength of our migrant community.
Recipes of Life cookbook launch: An evening of joy and community
On 24th October the Praxis community came together to celebrate the launch of Recipes of Life: Stories of migration and brotherhood, by GIANTS. With music, spoken word, thoughtful discussion, and of course delicious food- the evening truly embodied the love GIANTS have for each other. Donate and order a copy of Recipes of Life today!

Black Heritage And Africa’s Great Rivers
In our GIANTS group, migrant men use creativity, art and discussion to connect and explore feelings and opinions. History, heritage and culture are an important part of Black History Month, and so we asked GIANTS members to share what thoughts they had on it.
